Our Commitment to You
At Spartan Cue Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that choosing the right cue sports equipment is important, and we're here to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Chalk and chalk holders (once opened)
- Cue tips (once opened or installed)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom-made or personalized cues and equipment
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund appears)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at spartancuesports@hotmail.com
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at spartancuesports@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at spartancuesports@hotmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over £50. These are to be insured and tracked at your own risk.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at spartancuesports@hotmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
